This unit offers self-check-in for your convenience.
The unit is on the 26th floor, offering beautiful sunset and city views.
Swimming pool access has a fee and requires advance notice.

Guests must inform us ahead of time if they plan to use the pool so we can purchase the required tickets.
No access to other building amenities (gym, lounges, function rooms, etc.) as these are exclusively for homeowners and long-term tenants.
Valid IDs for all guests are required for building authorization.
Elevators may take time during peak hours. Please bear with us. We, the unit owners, are continually reporting this issue to building management.
Arrival Tip: If you arrive early, you may proceed to the concierge to verify your name and authorization. This helps avoid long queues during peak hours. Please be ready to present your ID; the building staff will also take a quick photo for their security record.
Please note that our property is located in a tropical environment where pests, like cockroaches, can occasionally appear despite our monthly professional pest control services. We take cleanliness seriously and have regular treatments to ensure a comfortable stay.
Before booking our property, please take note of the following important information:
1. Check-in/out Process: This is a self-check-in and out process. You have to follow and read the instructions we will be sending before you go in and out.
2. Early Check-in: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and will incur a fee of �?�¢?�?�±100 per hour. We suggest booking the day before your preferred date to ensure availability.
3. Late Checkout: Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and will incur a fee of �?�¢?�?�±200 per hour. If you want to stay till 12pm please note that it is considered 1 night
4. Pool Amenities: The Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 6 am to 10 pm. The pool is closed every Monday!
5. Visitors: Visitors are allowed, make sure they have their Valid ID with them as they need to surrender it to the front desk. If they stayed overnight, your visitor will be charged as an extra person in the unit.
6. Children: Children under 3ft are free of charge in the room only.
7. Clean As You Go: Please wash your used dishes. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 200 for additional extra time that my cleaner will do
8. Number of Guests: Please always declare the number of people staying, as the extra fee is for providing extra mattress, bedsheet, and blankets for their use.
9. Toiletries: We provide two of each item: bath towels, face towels, tissues, shampoo & conditioner, and soap. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. Additional fees apply for requests such as extra towels, linen changes, or additional cleaning. Our rates are based on providing quality essentials while keeping our pricing fair. We aim to give you a comfortable stay without compromising the experience or incurring extra costs for non-standard requests. Thank you for understanding!
10. Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the room. If the unit smells we will have it report to Airbnb Support
11. Footwear Policy: No slippers, shoes, sandals, or any footwear allowed in the bedroom area
12. Valid. ID: All guests staying must send a valid id for the authorization and processing to our building management
13. Parking: We do not have our own parking slot. You pay park in the building's basement pay parking.
14. Same-Day Booking: For same-day bookings, please allow 1-2 hours for processing and to check if the unit is ready for check-in.
15. Pre-Arrival Requests: If you have any specific requests or need items before your check-in (e.g., groceries, toiletries, etc.), please let us know in advance. We can accommodate these requests for an additional fee.
16. Security Deposit: We collect security deposit for 2000 pesos refundable after checkout as long as no damages or violations inside the unit or in the building and this will be collected upon checkin.
20. Monthly Stay: For stays of 1 month or longer, please note that utilities are subject to capped amounts. Water usage is capped at 250, and electricity at 1,500 per month. Wi-Fi is already included in the monthly rate. Any usage exceeding these caps will incur additional charges, and deducted to your security deposit. Security Deposit will be collected amounting to 20,000 for 1 month or more stays and this will be refunded fully via Bank Transfer after 15 or 30 days of moveout depends once all utilities statement of account are posted and if no damages or any excess usage from utilities and you will also have to sign a lease agreement to ensure the protection of both parties.
